Long before Skallywag Tactical carved its name into steel and salt, there lived a pestilence of the deep, the dreaded SeaRoach. It skittered through wrecks, gnawed through hulls, and bored into the bones of ships like a cannonball to the heart. No wood nor steel could keep it out, and no crewman who crossed it ever lived to tell the tale.
Now, we’ve dredged up the tale and crafted our own version of the legend: The SEAROACH folder. Small as a whisper, fast as a cutlass draw, and hungry for action, this blade is no ordinary pocketknife. This is pirate steel for those who walk the edge, chase storms, and spit in the eye of the impossible.
The SeaRoach is constructed of D2 steel, which is exceptionally durable and resistant to wear, and its high carbon and chromium content contribute to its ability to maintain a sharp edge for extended use. It’s uniquely patterned G10 handles not only provide a wonderful aesthetic but also a comfortable, reliable grip.

I’ve had a love/hate relationship with Skallywag lately…but this one definitely swung things in the right direction. The scales feel great, and the blade is surprisingly sharp right out of the box. I forget I have it in my pocket, it feels great in hand, and it feels like high quality. I’ve been skeptical of some of the new designs coming out, but this one is worth it.

The textured design of the handle makes me feel very comfortable.
I really love this knife. However, I have a small suggestion: the finger groove could be shallower, which would make the handle shape more complete. Perhaps the Sea Roach Ⅱ could consider this improvement, haha.
Once again you guys knock it out of the park. Stupid sharp and just the right size for a smaller EDC. Great grip even with my hands slippery. The only thing is getting used to opening a non spring assist blade quickly…. I’ll figure it out
I have a lot of budget knives that rotate through my EDC. This black and tan caught my eye enough that I spent more than usual. Glad I did. Solid in the hand. Very positive snap to open and I can’t picture a scenario when it would get slippery. Very happy

This is a prefect size for everyday carry. The D2 steel blade is very strong and hold the edge very well. The Sculpted G10 scales give a great grip.
the grip on this thing is amazing the blade could be sharper, any person who is knife person can easily sharpen it. Bang for buck FANTSTIC knife.
