Bought this as kind of a test. I have never purchased anything from Scallywag and wasn't sure of the quality or workmanship. Great surprise. This knife is small but it is a neck knife. The neck chain is a giveaway. The quality is great and it is razor sharp right out of the package. It is small for my XL size paws but it is a neck knife. I will likely use it when I go to the beach or anywhere I am traveling light. As for the quality Scallywag definitely passed the test and I will be ordering more in the future. Worth the price.
What can I say, I own 5 knives from Skallywag. Each one is pure quality! Probably not my last purchase. Nice to deal with a company with integrity. Merca!
Love my new Mini! Perfect size for everyday tasks, extremely sharp. Added a slider knot made with 3mm paracord.
This would be my third knife from Skallywag you can tell even on their smaller designs they put true thought and effort into crafting their blades, the mini was a nice addition and I can’t wait to get more like the guardian here soon too. Very sharp, sheath very tight resulting in a puncherd thumb that bleed profusely.
Skallywag never disappoints and they didn’t with this knife. It’s well-made, as expected from Skallywag, and sharp as can be. The handle was a bit smaller than I thought it would be but still fits my hand. I added a small paracord lanyard to ensure no fumbling if I have to draw it in a hurry. It’s a nice “little” addition to my Skallywag collection.
It may be a mini but, it's a maxi to me! This knife cuts like a razor! All I did was strop the blade. Now I got a 2" scalpel. Well made. I was nervous because of the price being low, but I am ecstatic on this blade. My new edc, in my front pocket. I plan on buying more from skallywag in the future. Pete P.
Knife is scary sharp. A little small but you’ll get use to it with proper technique and practice. Be aware when performing thrusts, and stabs. With its size and lack of guard, it’s easy for your finger to slip and get cut. It’s sharp enough that I sliced my trigger finger all the way to the bone of the proximal joint. It’s still an easy knife to carry concealed and it goes with me every where.

I only wish there was a way attach it to your belt. The overall size is a tiny bit small but it's still perfect for practical task. solid and sharp micro fixed blade knife.

The Mini is a small knife with maximum potential. A tiny replica of a large knife design. Hardy enough to do the work of a larger knife, but small enough to be an actual “neck knife”.

I bought 2 each (1 is none, 2 is 1) From top to bottom. Mini Orca Mako All shipped very quickly, razor sharp and nicely oiled. The mini, although I am not a fan of neck knives this little knife is on my motorcycle currently and can be deployed quickly in a pinch. The Orca is my work/ utility knife and is holding up nicely! The Mako is now my EDC and an absolute fantastic knife! All of these knives are great out of the box and reasonably priced, I am looking forward to my next purchase from Skallywag Tactical!
I wear it at the office and it goes unnoticed in a business casual dress environment. I recently went to the gym and forgot I had it on until I went to shower after. Great every day carry when you need something low profile
This has become one of my new favorite Mini EDC knife’s. It’s a slim flat profile in my pocket. The texture of the sheath is a perfect feel. The blade is not just going to fall out of it either.

I love these knives.I bought 3.One for me ,one for my son who is in the Marine Corp. He commented on how well built they were when he received his.The 3rd.went to my wife who never carries a knife and always needs one.Now listen up fellas,she loves it ,the size is perfect for her and she carries it. This “Mini” neck knife was promptly delivered after my order. I like it. Small, discrete, certainly easy to conceal, but readily available even if you have to reach for it under your shirt. Nice quality, 420 stainless, very sharp.
