Description
Our Horizontal Carry Belt Loops were designed to offer the user a practical lightweight horizontal mounting option and although it is meant for belts, we have seen it used on many types of gear.
The straps themselves are made from a heavy-duty rubber with attached directional fasteners, which are locking button-style mechanisms trusted by the US Military for airborne operations.
Instructions:
- To lock and release this directional fastener, first locate the locking tab on the female side of the button (it is a small deviation in the ring of the button).
- When attaching the female side to the male side, make sure the opposing die of the locking tab is set in, then simply press down the rest of the button.
- To release the mechanism, pull back the front of the button (closest to the edge of the strap) and it will easily release.

Work as designed! Doesn't open when it's not supposed to. Great for for horizontal carry for many sizes of knives and sheaths. I ordered another 2 sets after trying out this one!
Good straps for a secure horizontal carry. I use one and a half inch belt like a gun belt. Clip the strap behind a belt loop and it’s very secure recommended.
Did not come with the "buttons" required to snap the strap. I sent an email but it has not been resolved yet.

Rugged, but the snaps are so tight it takes a tool to un snap them. And like the utilClip, no instructions on use or assembly. You just get the pieces and then figure it out on your own
