The experience was worth the wait
The Orca is amazing. I’ve carried open assist knives for 20 years. This one is solid. The best. And a great addition to my Skallywag family of EDC knives.

Nothing but the BEST
Hefty feel to the handle and a nice design coming out of the pocket with a flip knob on the back of the blade to quickly engage the knife for use. Very happy and I bought two, one for me and one for Father’s Day to give to my Dad.
The Orca is the perfect sized pocket knife for edc. It's light and slim. I liked it so much, I bought two! Get one or two while you can!
It seems to be a very good knife. I was a bit concerned, since it has spring assisted opening, but it hasn't "accidently opened" since I've had it. I am happy to see that the pocket clip is oriented in the right direction! It seems to have a solid locking system. Perhaps I will come back and due a six month review seeing how I have had this for less than a month. So far, so good!
Nice hefty knife, serrated blades is great.
My wife got me an Orca for my birthday last year and it went into my edc rotation immediately. I love it. It’s a great knife, sharp as a razor and feather light. You can’t beat the price, either. My wife loves it so much I got her one to keep with her so she’ll quit borrowing mine.
I carry this for work and it was odd to me at first to snap on my belt in my trouser. I manage to angle it to my side that I barely remember it was there afterwards. I am loving it.

I forgot and left the fillet knife in my tackle box. These knifes are the best and I including other name brand knives like Benchmade, Spyderco, Buck, etc. I carry all you see in the photo for different and specific applications. I bought 2 each (1 is none, 2 is 1) From top to bottom. Mini Orca Mako All shipped very quickly, razor sharp and nicely oiled. The mini, although I am not a fan of neck knives this little knife is on my motorcycle currently and can be deployed quickly in a pinch. The Orca is my work/ utility knife and is holding up nicely! The Mako is now my EDC and an absolute fantastic knife! All of these knives are great out of the box and reasonably priced, I am looking forward to my next purchase from Skallywag Tactical!
Shipped fast and I received it in a timely manner ,The knives have a hefty weight to them but they are not to heavy. Both Knives are sharp right out of the box!!

Love it! And engraving came out perfect!
In all honesty it’s big and bulky.. it stands out of the pocket too much, it snags on my pockets every time with the little blade nubs on the blade. The blade doesn’t always lock in properly and that in itself is a problem. The cheap material on the handle is slippery with no grip at all. As soon as I took it out of the box it had a China feel to it and when I saw the made in China sticker on the side I was extremely disappointed. I fell for veteran owned patriotic law enforcement and meanwhile, it’s an imported Chinese knife. Thanks for selling out the country again I won’t be buying skallywag anymore.
The orca is a very well crafted Knife. The perfect size and weight for EDC. It will be with me always. Great job folks!!!

well made (as I have found all of my other Skalleywag products);,arrived quickly. Looks good and fills the hand much better than other (more expensive) knives from other (more expensive) manufacturers. I'd buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good EDC. One thing I wasn't aware of until it arrived however, is that it has a spring-assited flipper, a nice little surprise.

I love it. Is now my EDC knife. Super sharp, great weight, not too big and not too small. I like the finish of the knife and the way it feels in my hand. Easy to operate single handed - flicks out just right!
Its my carry knife. I'm on my second one. ThE only reason is my first one I lost several screws out of it. Do you sell screw replacement s?

Once again (I've ordered several Skallywag blades) the delivery was quick and product spot on, great knives!
I’ve bought four of these. Gave one to my Dad who collects knives. So he didn’t utilize it in everyday use. I carry one. It has a spring steel clip that bent just enough that it doesn’t grab my pocket anymore. And the screws that hold the blade loosened up so bad that I don’t trust the blade now with the wobble it has. Still, I bought two more. Hopefully they will be better. No decal this time. Just two blades in two boxes. I hope this company stays in business. Scallywag is one of my favorites.

Great EDC folder- that said, it carries heavy in the pocket and uses a lot of pocket real estate. A slimmer profile would have been easier to deploy. Love the carbon fiber handle design and partially serrated blade. My go-to however, is still the “Wahoo” folder.
