This is a nice, short stainless steel knife that is useful for any lite cutting tasks. The handle is made of nylon and is easy to grasp. It comes with a sturdy fabric buttoned sheath with a belt loop. When it arrived it wasn't particularly sharp but a few licks on a steel took care of that problem. The knife seems to hold an edge well. I'm going to confine it to the kitchen as I prefer short knives.

Great knife. I love this little guy. Well balanced. Extremely sharp. Carry it with me daily. Only thing that I knocked a star off for is the sheath could’ve been a little better designed for horizontal carry, or been kydex. I’ll be making a kydex sheath for it myself. A phenomenal knife, plan on buying it again to have backups.

This little poker is perfect for processing chickens, as well as deboning meats of all kinds. Wicked sharp and great for several other chores here on our farm. It could be an everyday carry, to processing meats in the kitchen. Very versatile & wicked sharp!
It is a descent little knife and worth what I paid for it. However, like every Skallywag knife I have purchased and there have been many, it could barely cut hot butter when it arrived. If you are going to call the knives sharp they had better be sharp. I worked in a butcher shop for a few years, I know what a sharp knife is.
