We have officially partnered with the team at Toor Corporation! This partnership marks a significant milestone for us as we strive to continue introducing industry-leading designs while leveraging the support of a larger company with robust domestic manufacturing capabilities.
Our goal has always been to innovate and develop unique folding knives, fixed blades, and kitchen cutlery alongside all of our manufacturing partners. By scaling the size of our team, we aim to create more jobs right here in the U.S. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with The Toor Corporation and Toor Knives on various projects, and it felt like a natural progression to move toward a full partnership with an organization that shares our vision for quality and craftsmanship. I can’t emphasize enough how excited I am about working closely with Connor Toor, whose expertise in U.S. manufacturing and commitment to growing the local San Diego workforce align perfectly with our own values.
Toor Corporation is the parent company of Toor Knives, and their staff brings a wealth of tactical experience, making the Skallywag brand an ideal fit as an economical option for tactical and everyday carry blades. Connor Toor, the owner of Toor Corp. and founder of Toor Knives, draws his experience from his career in the Marine Corps as well as his passion for bladesmithing. He and his team have developed industry-leading processes in their manufacturing facility over the last 10 years, which have led to the creation of world-class tactical and outdoor blades. This, combined with Skallywag’s decades of experience in self-defense and tactical applications, sets us up for incredible growth and opportunity. Together with the talented manufacturing team and dedicated staff at Toor Corp, we’re excited to forge a future filled with exceptional knives that our customers can rely on for their everyday adventures.
